Every product runs in demo mode before you buy it, so you can try it in your own setup first. If a purchase still isn’t right for you, we’ll refund it.
Products you buy outright. Ask within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
All-Access subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account (Billing → Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Ask within 14 days of a payment (the first one or a renewal) and we’ll refund that payment in full; we don’t refund part of a period otherwise.
If something doesn’t work. If a product won’t install, activate or run on a system it supports and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund it, even after 14 days.
How to ask. Write to support@snubsonic.com from your account email, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net. Say which order it is. Paddle, our reseller, makes the refund to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows within a few days, depending on your bank.
What happens to the license. When a refund is made, the product’s license is removed from your account and the product goes back to demo mode on your computers the next time SnubSonic Hub is online. Your projects still open, and your settings and presets are kept. If the product is also in your All-Access subscription, it stays yours through the subscription. The same applies when a payment is reversed through your bank (a chargeback).
Not covered. Licenses you got from a redeem code or that we gave you weren’t bought from us; if you paid someone else for a code, ask them.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the law where you live, including any right to cancel a purchase.
